As with homeopathic treatments, the effectiveness seems to vary significantly based on the symptom. I used it for fever and muscle pain, and it dramatically relieved them after one day of use. However, during a similar fever with mild muscle pain, its effectiveness was less pronounced. Regardless, I always keep this product on hand due to its overall efficacy.
